Visitor, User, Client, Team Member, Support Staff, Sponsor, Student, Creator, Developer, Junior Developer, Moderator
Some services may be available only to certain roles, and access can require manual approval.
4. Payments & Refunds
Accepted payment methods: PayPal and Tebex
Payments are handled by third-party platforms; we do not store card or payment credentials.
You are responsible for any payment gateway or bank processing fees.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be granted once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
For services, refunds are granted only if:
Work has not started
The project is canceled by Trippler Hub
A critical technical failure makes the service unusable and no support is possible or the team do not want to work on
All refund requests must be made via email within 72 hour of purchase.
All refund decisions are final and at the discretion of Trippler Hub.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on Trippler Hub, including but not limited to code, designs, logos, guides, and services, are protected by copyright laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any content unless explicitly permitted.
6. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of their submitted content.
By submitting content to Trippler Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, publish, and display it.
Content that violates laws or community guidelines may be removed at any time without warning.
7. Disclaimers
Trippler Hub and all content/services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Suitability for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Product compatibility
Error-free or uninterrupted service

Note: We do not collect, store, monitor, or log any internal data inside your VPS beyond what is required to complete the agreed-upon task.

Deliver the product or service you requested

Generate invoices or confirmations
Access your VPS for technical services (with your permission)
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
3. Data Protection & Retention
VPS credentials and sensitive login data are never stored beyond the duration of the work.
Email and ticket information may be kept for up to 12 months for recordkeeping purposes.
Access credentials are securely deleted after the job is complete.

User Agreement

Team / Crew – Administrators and moderators
Ticket Team – Support representatives
Developer – Internal or hired contributors
Client – Individuals who purchase or receive a service/product
Sponsor – Organizations that financially support the hub
Student / Creator / User / Visitor / Jr. Developer – General roles with tiered access
Roles are managed manually or automatically based on activity or purchases. You are responsible for keeping your role information accurate.
4. User Responsibility & Limitations
As a user, you agree that:
You will not spam, hack, or distribute pirated content via Trippler Hub
You are solely responsible for your own actions, including loss of roles, leaving, or content sharing
You must not share sensitive personal information in public forums or chats
Trippler Hub is not responsible for the consequences of user behavior including server exits, role loss, or information shared voluntarily.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted:
Content provided by Trippler Hub, including designs, services, and scripts, remains our intellectual property or that of respective creators
Redistribution without permission is not allowed unless the license states otherwise
6. Payment and Services
All services and products are subject to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. Currently, we only process payments through PayPal, Bank to Bank and Tebex.
7. Termination
Trippler Hub reserves the right to:
Ban or restrict access for violating any rule or term
Refuse service at our discretion with or without notice

Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services
Trippler Hub provides:
Development services for FiveM servers and scripts and resources
Sale of digital products (e.g., server files, server scripts) with previews and installation guides
Paid Programming courses and Free Development leaning
Community features (support, job applications, questions, feedback, suggestions, ...)
Creator hub where others may sell or share their resources
All services are subject to availability and appropriate conduct.
2. Service Delivery
Depending on the product or service, delivery may include:
Downloadable files via Tebex or other platforms
Setup or custom development done on your VPS (requires temporary access)
Access to private guides, tutorials, or Discord roles
Timeframes are estimated. We strive to fulfill services promptly, but delays may occur based on queue or complexity.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed. We currently accept:
PayPal
Tebex
Bank Transfer (Bank-to-Bank)
All invoices are digital and issued upon request.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
You did not receive the product or service
The delivered product does not match the advertised description and we can not fixing it
We do not offer refunds if:
You change your mind after delivery
You fail to read the description or installation instructions
You lose access due to violating our terms (e.g., banned, kicked, left server)
The service was customized and already delivered
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
5. VPS Access Disclaimer
Some services require temporary access to your Virtual Private Server (VPS). In such cases:
You are responsible for providing the correct access credentials
We do not store or retain your access information after the task is completed
We do not access or copy files unrelated to the agreed service
Trippler Hub is not liable for data loss or changes resulting from pre-existing VPS issues or misuse.
6. Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on third-party services such as Discord, Tebex, or PayPal. You must comply with their respective terms:
Trippler Hub is not responsible for any loss, downtime, or breach caused by these platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trippler Hub shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits or business
Data loss
Downtime from user-side issues
Any indirect or consequential damages
All services are provided "as-is" with no guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

Trippler Hub does not operate as a buyer protection platform like PayPal. Once services or products are delivered, we are not obligated to reverse or refund based on third-party disputes unless legally required.
4. VPS Access and Credentials
When you provide access to your VPS for support or configuration:
You understand that this access is temporary and at your own risk
We do not collect, store, or archive personal data from inside the VPS
We are not liable for issues resulting from misuse, poor configuration, or previous setups
5. No Responsibility for User Actions
Trippler Hub is not responsible for any of the following:
Users losing access due to bans, removals, or Discord exits
Unauthorized sharing of personal data by users
Improper use of community or support channels
All members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
6. Changes to This Disclaimer
We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of Trippler Hub implies agreement to the latest version.
7. Chargebacks and Fraud Protection
Trippler Hub operates through platforms that may process payments (e.g., Payoneer, Tebex). We do not offer buyer-side payment protections similar to PayPal. If a chargeback or dispute occurs via external payment processors, Trippler Hub reserves the right to permanently restrict access to our services for any party attempting fraudulent claims.
We provide evidence upon request, but final decisions are handled by the payment provider. Users are encouraged to communicate honestly and request support through our official ticketing system.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Trippler Hub regarding your use of software, scripts, digital content, and services provided by Trippler Hub.
By downloading, purchasing, or using any Trippler Hub product or service, you agree to the terms below.
1. License Grant
Trippler Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Use the purchased or downloaded product for personal or commercial use, as permitted
Install and operate it on your own systems or VPS
This license does not allow resale, redistribution, or repackaging without written permission.
Payments processed via Payoneer are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Chargeback attempts after delivery are treated as abuse and may result in access revocation without refund.
Note: In the event that our products are unintentionally accessed by unauthorized individuals, such access does not constitute a valid license and Trippler Hub is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from such unauthorized use.
Override Clause: If Trippler Hub publishes or announces additional terms, rules, or restrictions on platforms such as Discord or any affiliated service, and they directly relate to a rule stated in this Agreement, the most recent platform-specific rule will override the corresponding clause in this document for as long as it is in effect.
License Type: All software and digital products provided by Trippler Hub are licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 unless explicitly stated otherwise. This license ensures users have the freedom to use, study, share, and improve the software, with obligations to share modifications when used in a networked environment.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, unescrow or disassemble the product
Remove license, copyright notices or branding
Share, resell, or upload the product to any other marketplace or forum
Claim ownership over any Trippler Hub product or code
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, revocation of license, and legal action.
3. Ownership
All products and content provided by Trippler Hub remain the intellectual property of Trippler Hub or their original creators (if third-party resources are involved).
This agreement does not transfer ownership — only a right to use under the conditions stated.
4. Updates and Support
Products may receive occasional updates at Trippler Hub's discretion
Support may be offered for installation or troubleshooting but is not guaranteed unless stated at purchase
Custom work and bug fixes are subject to separate agreements.
5. Termination

2. Organized Participation

Do not derail conversations or spam irrelevant content
3. Personal Information

3. Payment & Transactions
All purchases are made through PayPal, Bank Transfer and Tebex only

Avoid harassment, piracy, unauthorized distribution, and spamming
Violation may lead to warnings, access loss, or permanent bans.
6. Platform-Specific Additions
If additional rules are posted on our Discord server or other platforms:
Those platform-specific rules will override the matching section of this policy for as long as they are active.
7. Third-Party Services
Some features may depend on external platforms such as Tebex, PayPal, or Discord. Please refer to their respective terms:

10. Dispute Handling
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through a third-party platform (e.g., Payoneer), Trippler Hub will provide all delivery evidence to the processor. Users found misusing dispute systems to bypass our refund policy or falsely claim nondelivery may have their access permanently revoked.
We encourage users to resolve service concerns through direct communication and our support ticket system before involving external payment processors.
